 Mission.

Pacific Senior Group is your trusted partner in lien-based urgent care for personal injury cases. Offering 24/7 telemedicine and in-person services, we provide rapid consultations, timely documentation, and support for both minors and Spanish-speaking clients. Our comprehensive care includes medication prescriptions, imaging orders, and referrals to specialists, with convenient offices across San Diego County and upcoming expansions.

Our Core Services

  • We provide urgent care telemedicine visits on a lien basis, including after 5 PM, weekends, and holidays.

  • Our team contacts clients within 24 hours of referral and sends recommendations immediately after the consultation. We use HIPAA-compliant translators and have Spanish-speaking staff.

  • We assess minors and serve any client in California via telemedicine.

  • Full comprehensive reports and bills are delivered within 1 week.

  • We prescribe medications to preferred pharmacies, order MRIs/imaging, and refer to specialists (e.g., PT, chiropractic, pain management, neurology, orthopedics—spine or extremity—and psychiatry).

In-Person Options

We have offices in San Diego, Oceanside, and Encinitas (with new locations opening soon in Escondido and La Jolla). Specify if you'd prefer an in-person or telehealth visit—we accommodate both to best support your clients during their time of need.

  • In rare cases requiring cardiac clearance, we collaborate with a cardiologist for expedited appointments.

  • We understand the urgency of last-minute surgeries and prioritize quick turnaround to minimize delays.
